No, GDT Insight provides one subscription per user. In accordance with the GDT Insight Terms and Conditions, each subscriber is responsible for keeping their login information secure and cannot share their login credentials. If your company requires multiple users, then each user will need a unique subscription.
Users can share limited data from their GDT Insight subscription within their organisation, either by summarising the data or sharing small excerpts. Users cannot share the full set of data or their log in credentials internally, nor can they share any data to persons outside their organisation. Please read the GDT Insight Terms and Conditions, which explains in detail the conditions by which subscribers may use and reproduce the data.
GDT does not currently offer an automated feed through an API for results.
There are many different products under each product group. Detailed product information is available on the seller’s pages.
Yes. Please see our demonstration video here. The video is an example only to show what subscribers will see during a Trading Event. Auction outcomes from actual Trading Events may differ from this.
Activating your subscription should only take minutes, from which point you will able to see historical data from previous Trading Events and access to new data by the next Trading Event.
The subscription rolls over automatically unless you cancel your subscription. Annual subscriptions will receive a reminder notification.
The supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 11. Check your system capability by clicking here.
Log into MyGDT and select the Subscription option in the drop down menu under your name. This will then take you to the screen where you can cancel your subscription.
GDT Insight is compatible with desktop, Apple or Android devices.
This information is available in the GDT Insight summary of results page. Data is available for Trading Events from TE158, 17 February 2016
You can see the round by round information by clicking the historical event round information tab.
GDT Insight generally provides either the same data or an aggregated equivalent of data that is available to GDT participants. The round by round demand/supply ratios are the same for both GDT Insight and GDT participants. Round by round announced prices provided in GDT Insight are product group/contract period averages whereas bidders view the announced price for each individual offering.
GDT Insight provides additional post event information on sold quantities and regional distributions which GDT participants can only access through the subscription service. The only area where GDT participants have access to additional information is in the pre-event data on each seller’s starting prices, offer quantities and forecasts. Anti-trust laws limit the ability for certain pre-event and other data to be shared with non-GDT participants.
The Trading Manager performs a number of checks to confirm the results are valid and final. Both the free public results and the Market Pack are published immediately after these checks have been completed.
All data packs provide the number of winning bidders and total quantity purchased by region. The seven regions cover North America, Europe, North Asia (including China), Africa, South and Central America, Middle East and South East Asian/Oceania.
